(.90) Stanford Torus 0.6.1

New part:  3 meter solid rocket booster (balanced to be worth 7 of the long SRBs from stock)

Balance changes:

• Small station cargo bay now holds 400,000 rocket parts instead of 70,000 metal, now has room for 2000 metal.  This is a 50% nerf in actual material capacity but ultimately should make building your torus easier.  

Optimized the Torus hull model.  It should load physics 50% as all of the internal components are now convex hulls.

The torus fuel tank part should now have a mesh collider.

The Station habitat is now a convex hull.  While there is a large open hole in the center you can no longer enter it.  This is to make sure it doesn't block a stanford torus build.  The hatch for it is also now on the top instead of on the side to make it easier to gain access to.
