Scart91 Texture Pack WIP

Work in progress texture pack. Includes custom heads for female Kerbals as well as males. 

Includes tiered suits, so you Kerbals can start out career with a budget suit and progress. 

Also will be including class identifiers, so far the Scientist suit for tier 3 is included, the rest are to come.

Note: The hair texture on some of the female heads ponytails needs fixing
