Parts seamed to be a bit overpowered so I increased mass and reduce and tweaked resources. Retro rockets should produce more thrust but are less efficient.

Command Pod has less mono propellent and electricity capacity.

Minor texture tweaks around RCS thrusters.

Support for Deadly Reentry.
