ProgCom is a CPU emulator I've built that is able to control most aspects of your spacecraft; throttle, actiongroups pitch, yaw etc. You can program it in the assembler language specified in the included manuals or with the higher level language compiler that comes with the download.
All documentation needed to use the mod as well as the changelog should be included in the download.
