Kerbal Chroma

Adds RGB chroma screen with adjustable distance as well as chroma vessel/kerbal
Press Alt+ForwardSlash(/) to open the settings
You can turn on the chroma screen from here, turn vessels into a chroma screen, or turn kerbals into a chroma screen.
Distance is in meters
RGB can be set between 0 and 255
Click edit for more options, you can select which vessels/kerbals are enabled
Make sure you delete any previous version first.
