-Flux Kapacitor no longer explodes
-Flux Kapacitor Emits Effect when Engine is staged
-Flux Kapacitor Now has a Command Pod as a staging icon
-Flux Kapacitor will now TIME TRAVEL (load the last quicksave)
This occurs when Staged or the "Activate Kapacitor" is toggled (as of 0.91 you must also use "Activate Engine" for
the full effect)
