Revamps and beautifies the stock fuel tanks, and gives them color-coded end caps based on diameter, and also colorizes the top of the stock rocket engines to match, for easy identification in the VAB menu.

 - Adjusted the mapping of the blue dome for SpaceY integration to match recent SpaceY texture changes.
