A complete rework from the ground up. Now the scoop is designed to be a combination of a generator and a resource intake. There is also a specific engine that is able to use ambient particles just like an electric jet engine and a reactor that fuses ambient particles into power. But if you want to use the system with traditional engines there is also a compressor that produces ore to be processed by any ISRU.
