Vehicle Color Changer

Change the color of your owned vehicles to whatever color you like, through a "Change color" interaction on the parked vehicle, that opens a small window with a color wheel.

What's new

- Fixed a bug where the Color Changer window would not open after the first few clicks (caused by the latest game update 0.11.1)
- Changed the owner's vehicle text to display the vehicle name instead of the ID
- The original (bought) color now gets saved, so for example when you had one of my "More Vehicle Colors" mods but deactivated or removed them, you can go back to this purchased color with the "Set original color" button in the Color Changer window.
