- New white garage remote (engraved P logo, LED, status screen), now in English.
- Remote Open/Close moves neighbouring doors together (e.g. double garage).
- Door panel now appears when you click a gate or garage door, even without access permission (no more hover popup).
- Fix: family vehicles were not always protected from despawning (protection now runs reliably from game start).
- Fix: first remote press ignored on a fresh install; auto-open setting not restored after loading a save; remote stuck on 'Sending...' when no door is nearby.
- Performance improvements with many vehicles in town.
