More Zois in Household

Raises the household member cap from 8 to 20. Works on its own. Optional with Zoi Command Center (ZCC).
This mod changes the game household limit from 8 to 20 members.
This is a data mod. It works without Zoi Command Center (ZCC). You can still add Zois through the normal game UI.
ZCC is optional: its Household panel can add members more easily, but the cap comes from this mod.
Vanilla: 8 Zois per household
