No More Big Remote - Vehicle Call

When requesting a vehicle on a rainy day, characters will no longer equip remote controls or smartphones, and will instead re-open their umbrella once the request is complete.

(Note: Keeping the umbrella open while requesting a vehicle is currently not feasible due to system logic. Using a smartphone during a rainy request caused characters to get soaked, so that animation was removed.)

(On non-rainy days, vehicles are still requested using smartphones as before.)

When getting out of a vehicle on a rainy day, characters will now automatically re-open their umbrella.
