0.2.1 startup repair: fixes the employee scan that crashed the Hallowell New Dawn save during loading. Defers scanning until simulation updates and snapshots business IDs before adding slots. Keeps the eight-employee limit and existing staff settings. The player confirmed the previously crashing save now loads.
