Allows ZOIs to keep wearing bathrobe after they take shower or bath

About this Mod

In vanilla game, ZOIs will wear bathrobe for short period of time (5 seconds in current version) after taking a shower or bath before switching to their casual costume.

This mod allows ZOIs wear the bathrobe indefinitely until you manually change their clothes.
