This mod unlocks Suggest Having A Baby and risky 'Set The Mood In Front Of The Bed' for same-gender couples. It enables autonomy for both interactions.
Both interactions show up at the bottom of the 'Romance' talk category.
There is a 50% chance of getting a Sentimental 'pregnancy' buff (as well as morning sickness) if you suggest having a baby, and a 20% chance for setting the mood in front of the bed. The 'pregnancy' buff progresses for a little over three days' time.
Overtime, your Zoi will gradually gain temporary weight and the pregnancy interactions will be available to them.
After around three days, the pregnancy buff with be replaced with a 'Ready For Childbirth' buff. At this point you must click your Zoi and select 'Give Birth'. This will force a Medical Birth screen to popup.
Don't forget to pick your partner! Your Zoi will 'give birth' and lose weight immediately after. You still have to pay for the Medical Birth.
For risky and autonomous babies enabled for opposite gender couples, you will need to get Easier Set Mood and Babies.
