Hair Shininess & Roots Darkness Sliders

Added 4 new sliders to all existing hairstyles to adjust shininess similar to skin glow, along with roots area and darkness to adjust how dark the hair roots are.

The default settings are taken from the ModKit and applied to the sliders. One side effect is custom hairstyles that have custom specular and roughness values are override by this mod so you might have to change the settings to match the author's.

This is useful if your hair is too shiny or want to play around with the shaders, scalps are not affected so very dark roots slider is not recommended.
