The variants are published separately for technical reasons: when multiple variants are combined into a single mod, inZOI loads the included assets together, significantly increasing the mod size and potentially making installation more difficult for users. Separate publication allows users to install only the design they want without downloading unnecessary resources, while keeping the mod size reasonable and convenient to use in-game.
