Coral Paradise

Welcome to the Coral Paradise!

This zone currently contains 2 biomes:

1. Coral Garden - This biome is inspired by a place in Brazil called Lencois Maranhenses. I made it fit Hytale's fantasy world by turning it into a beach with rocky tops and filling it with my custom coral prefabs while keeping the "desert with hundreds of lakes" look and feel of the inspiration.
2. Winding Reefs - This one is what I've always wanted in a biome, a cave-like surface where you can explore to your hearts content. Filled with small passages that really bring out my inner child. The ponds of this place will also lead into an underground cave system with their own lakes that I plan to add soon.

Planned (Will be made this week after posting):
Underground Zone - This one will be filled with crystals and hostile mobs, with its own dungeon that players can explore alone or together with friends. It will look beautiful but feel strange, as if the player is not meant to be there.

Custom Mobs - To complete the zone, it is going to need its own mobs. I plan on making peaceful amphibians that are inspired by the real world but mostly made up fantasy ones. For the planned underground zone, I plan for them to be more scary and aggressive to the player.

Lore:

During the peak of the ancient civilization, they have managed to pollute the oceans. To fix their mistake, they experimented with the crystals that they use to power their golems, and they managed to create a crystal capable of accelerating growth called the Catalyst Crystal.

While this new invention worked, after the fall of the ancient civilization, the crystals were left unchecked. This caused the surrounding corals to grow to unprecedented sizes. The land itself rose above the water and the sealife began to adapt.

Now, it has turned into a coral paradise. A colorful zone filled with beauty and unseen dangers deep below.
