With a detailed exterior and an open, customizable interior, the build is designed to adapt easily to any playstyle.

Drawbacks
- Uses ladders instead of stairs, which may reduce mobility

You can skip or replace some materials that are difficult to obtain, such as 1x3 doors, decorations, plants, and glass, by taking advantage of the material replacement and skip features available in the PREFAB BUILDER mod.
