What's new

- /zv and its aliases (/zvc, /zoneview, /zoneviewcontrol) now require the new permission zoneviewcontrol.command. Players without it no longer see the command in suggestions or /help, and get the standard "no permission" reply instead of the mod's help.
- Breaking change: every /zv subcommand now needs zoneviewcontrol.command in addition to its own permission. Grant it to every role that uses /zv. Roles with zoneviewcontrol.* and the server console already have it.
- Wand selection mode now turns off when zoneviewcontrol.command is revoked, not only when zoneviewcontrol.wand is.
