A tiny additive primitive over 1.1.0. Nothing here is breaking; consumers pick up only what they call.

• New: ToastablePage.showOnActive(playerId, spec). Float an in-menu toast over whichever toastable page a player has open, from a caller that holds no page instance (a service, an event system, a dialogue action). It paints via a sendUpdate (no reopen, scroll preserved) and plays the toast's sound unless the toast is silenced; it is a no-op when no toastable page is open. This lets a consumer route in-page feedback through its own one-call moment dispatch (sound and toast together) instead of threading a page reference to every call site.
