Zel's Shovel Overhaul

Digging should be precise when you're shaping terrain — and powerful when you're clearing it.

This mod completely reworks shovel behavior, improves progression balance, and fixes one of the most frustrating limitations of the default system.

Dual Dig Control

Shovels now support two distinct digging modes:

• Left Mouse Button (Primary) → Breaks a single block
• Right Mouse Button (Secondary) → Breaks multiple blocks at once

No toggles.
No menus.
No extra keybinds.

Just clean, intuitive control depending on which button you press.

You can now fine-tune terrain adjustments without accidentally destroying half the area.

Craftable Shovel Tiers

The following shovels, previously available only in creative mode, are now fully craftable in survival:

• Crude Shovel
• Copper Shovel
• Cobalt Shovel
• Thorium Shovel

Each tier fits naturally into progression and crafting balance.

Excavation Power Rebalance

All shovel tiers have been carefully adjusted:

• Balanced excavation strength across materials
• More logical scaling between tiers
• Reduced excessive strength on lower-tier tools
• Clear performance advantage for higher-tier tools

Progression now feels intentional rather than arbitrary.

Durability Improvements

Tool durability has been reworked:

• Lower-tier shovels lose durability faster
• Higher-tier shovels last significantly longer
• Wear now scales more consistently with tool strength

Tool quality now impacts both power and longevity.

This mod focuses on usability, mechanical clarity, and meaningful progression — without adding unnecessary complexity.
