v1.2.0 - Area Border Visualization

• New feature: This update adds a new feature to let players visualize the border of their protected area.
• The border will become visible for 20 seconds when using /wp check
• The border will become visible for 10 seconds when using /wp protect or /wp expand
• The selected block column will become visible for 5 seconds when using /wp select

• Admin commands now require additional permission: wp.admin
• New admin permission to bypass protection anywhere: wp.admin.bypass 
• New area specific command: /wp flag <set/remove> <flag>
  • Requires permission:  com.vvk.worldprotection.command.wp.flag
  • Valid flag options:
    • NoPvp
    • LandName
    • NoMobDamage
    • NoFallDamage
  • Flag permissions:
    • wp.flag.nopvp
    • wp.flag.landname
    • wp.flag.nomobdamage
    • wp.flag.nofalldamage
• New feature: Enter and exit notifcation messages
  • New configuration option to enable/disable notifcaitons: "UseEnterMessages": true
  • When you enter or leave a protected are you will be notified in chat. Player's with permission to use the LandName flag are able to set a name for their area which will be displayed in the message.
• New admin command /wp save and console command wpsave to save the data file to disk.
