Weightbearing Chains and Ropes

A very simple mod that adds chains and ropes that can hang blocks, chandeliers and other items, unlike the current vanilla editions.
The default rope and chain in the game do not allow you to hang items like full blocks or chandeliers from them. This mod changes that so that you can. It adds a variant of the original items, easily recognisable by the blue (rare) borders.
