Wearable Backpacks - Progression

1.0.1 - Added recipes for 8 other backpacks, including quivers, with progression. There are choices for tiers ranging from copper -> iron -> thorium at the moment. Small backpacks have 9 inventory spaces which is 1 row, medium have 2 rows, and large has 3. They still take up the chest armor slot, but have similar stats to the armor in that tier. The stats are slightly reduced to balance having more inventory space.
