Changes:

• Add BlacklistedBlocks config option and commands. Blocks added to this list cannot be climbed on. This prevents climbing logic to fight against ladders and vines and allows server owners to define their own unclimbable blocks (e.g. Ice blocks).
• Better handling of stamina, should be less buggy. Stamina regen is now properly disabled while climbing and reaching 0 stamina lets the game handle things as it usually should.
• Fix non-world thread crash issue, the climbing system was not running on the world thread. Now it should be fine.
• Add a mod icon, wow.
