Adds crafting recipes and mob drops for unobtainable items.

Description

Allows you to get currently unobtainable items via crafting or mobs drops.

Currently includes:

Diving gear from fen stalkers

Incandescent steel sword from incandescent skeletons

Void scythe from wraiths

Void greatsword from void spawn

Craftable axes, clubs, and longswords

Craftable silversteel sword

Brown grimoire, dropped by skeleton archmages

Incandescent double blade, dropped by incandescent footman skeletons(the ones holding double blades)

Frost sword, dropped by yetis

Rusty steel flail, dropped by trork maulers

Fire longsword, dropped by emberwulves

No mithril or onyxium, I didn't want to deal with ore gen.
