This license applies to any project or digital product (the "Project") released by NightLum under this license.

1. Definitions

"Project" means the complete set of materials distributed under this license, including but not limited to source code, compiled binaries, assets, data files, and documentation.

"Distribution" means making the Project or any part of it available to third parties by any means, including publishing, sharing, transferring, sublicensing, or redistributing.

"Commercial Use" means use of the Project in any manner intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

2. Grant of Permission

Subject to the terms of this license, NightLum grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Download, install, and use the Project;
- Use the Project for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including as part of internal or external products, services, or workflows.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

- Distribute the Project, in whole or in part, without explicit prior written permission from NightLum;
- Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Project as a standalone product;
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Project;
- Distribute or share any modified or unmodified version of the Project;
- Extract, reuse, or redistribute individual components, assets, or source code from the Project;
- Represent the Project, in whole or in part, as your own work.

4. Attribution

If NightLum explicitly grants you permission to distribute the Project, you must retain this license and the applicable copyright notice in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Project, including all intellectual property rights owned by NightLum, remain the property of NightLum.

Third-party components included in the Project remain subject to their respective licenses and copyright notices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Project is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NightLum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Project.

8. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under this license automatically terminate if you materially fail to comply with its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Project except where otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing by NightLum.

9. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved by NightLum.

NightLum may offer the Project under separate commercial, enterprise, premium, or individually negotiated licensing terms.

10. Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

11. Severability

If any provision of this license is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
