TreeReplanter

Removes remaining roots from felled trees and plants sapling when crouching while swinging the hatchet
What's new
TreeReplanter 0.7.2 changes:
Fir tree:
Fir trees have no saplings in Hytale AND spruce trees have no trunk blocks, so because of this oddity the fir tree will now be replanted with a spruce sapling and grow up to a fir tree again. Fir trees in snowy biomes will correctly be replanted with a frost spruce sapling and so will dead fir trees.
Bottletree:
Bottle trees now also will be replanted after felling.
