Trackers for PvP/Raiding

This is a tracking plugin based on the trackers that were used in McPvP and McTeams back in the day. A tracker can find if a player is within a given range for a given direction using a player built structure.

1.01 

  • Changed the end block to Smooth Gold Brick (will most likely make this configurable)
  • Optimized tracker scanning (no more noticeable performance impact)
  • Allowed all players to be able to run the command
