Adjusted drop rates to match the vannila crystals (I remember matching them before, not sure if vanilla changed them at some point):

Max 1 shards

 

Medium Crystal:
Min 1 Shards
Max 2 shards

 

Large Crystal:
Min 2 Shards
Max 3 shards

 

Crystal Block:
Min 4 Shards
Max 5 shards
