REQUIRES SIG'S POTION SHOP MOD 

Added:

• Primroses: Silver Lace Black, Orange, Red
• Chamomile
• Desert Five Spot
• Chamomile tea pot exists in creative mode only right now, I need to tweak the texture some more, add the recipe, & add the drinkable chamomile tea

Changes:

• Fixed 2 of the orange crystal recipes
• Adjusted hitboxes on some flowers
• Renamed Sig_Panel_Hardwood_Ornate_Lower to Sig_Panel_Hardwood_Ornate_Upper (since it is the version that sits at the top of a block)
• Changed mesh for ingot pile to match the new style found in Sig's Fancy Storage
