Visual Overhaul: Updated projectile hit with a special animation.

Healing Staff

• Mana Cost: Reduced from 48 to 25.
• Mana per Projectile: Reduced from 8 to 7.
• Charge Speed: Reduced from 1.0s to 0.5s.
• Signature Energy: Increased from 0 to 21.
• Signature Energy per Projectile: Increased from 0 to 2.
• Signature Ability: When activated, restores 50% of the Owner's maximum health and 100% of the Owner's mana.
• Recipe changed.

Fixes

• No longer count as damage when hitting entities.
• Now heals players.
