Structure Atlas

Structure Atlas automatically detects world-generated structures — dungeons, temples, hives, camps, and more — by scanning nearby entities, then places color-coded markers on the world map so players can easily find every point of interest.

v1.4.2 — Your alerts are back

🔔 Fixed: chat messages weren't reaching you

On current Hytale builds, the proximity alerts ("Nearby: Skeleton Crypt — 80m away"), the join welcome, and the "Auto-detected N structures!" notice had stopped arriving — a recent Hytale update changed how mods send chat, and the old way failed without any error. All three now use the current chat API (with a fallback for older Hytale versions), so they reach you again on Update 4, 5, and the Update 6 pre-release. Bonus: a proximity alert that fails to send is no longer counted as "delivered" — you'll get it on the next pass instead of never.

📦 Fixed: the download no longer pretends to be a mod

Older downloads contained an extra manifest.json that made the .zip itself show up in Hytale's mod list if you dropped it straight into the Mods folder — it looked installed, but contained no code, so every /atlas command failed with "Command not found! atlas". The zip now ships a plain INSTALL.txt instead. Install = copy StructureAtlas-1.4.2.jar (the .jar, not the .zip) into %APPDATA%\Hytale\UserData\Mods\. If you were hit by this: delete the StructureAtlas .zip from your Mods folder, put the .jar in, and restart the world.

Everything else — boss-aware structure names, map markers, the config file — is unchanged from v1.4.1.

Upgrading: drop the new StructureAtlas-1.4.2.jar into your Mods folder and delete the old one (and any StructureAtlas .zip that ended up in there). Your discovery history carries over.
