-Added a brand new dark shield "Anti-Captain America" (craft exclusive to Captain America Suit mod by Kleinstadtfrettchen, the shield will only be craftable if that mod is also active).

-Added motor sound when holding Limb Be Gone 3000 Shield.

-Reordened model cubes to show center cubes first (back and back_cape models).

-Reduced high cost java tick systems.

-Also added a new JSON interaction "ShieldCap_Visual_Refresh" and a new command "/capshieldrefresh" to refresh the shield visual (will apply the shield at the back if there is any shield in the inventory, not in hands).

-Fixed shield at the back visuals bug.
