Added config option for delay on teleport for warp, home, spawn in config.yml (Please backup your current config.yml and move it out of the mods folder, and let it generate fresh as there is many changes here, than simply put your changes back into the new config.yml)

Config Changes (config.yml):
Added kit-ranks: section with default placeholder kits for member, vip, moderator, and admin ranks
Kits not in any rank's list remain unrestricted (backward compatible)

New Commands:
/kit add <kitname> <rankname> - Add a kit to a rank's allowed list
/kit rem <kitname> <rankname> - Remove a kit from a rank's list
/kitrank <rankname> - List all kits configured for a specific rank
Permission: starforge.adminkitranks (added to admin rank defaults)

Behavior Changes:
/kits now only shows kits available to the player's rank (including inherited ranks)
/kit <name> now checks if the player's rank has access before claiming
