Sprint Forever - No Sprint Stamina Drain

Removes the stamina cost of sprinting while keeping other actions unchanged. Includes an optional setting to re-enable drain during combat.
What's new
- New feature:
- The player will continue to drain their stamina during sprinting if they are in combat
- New config values:
- StaminaDrainInCombat
- Controls if stamina drain during sprinting is enabled if the player is in combat.
- Default is false
- CombatTimeoutInSeconds
- Defines how many seconds needs to pass until the player is out of combat.
- StaminaDrainInCombat
