Hoplite: Spear And Shield

**Spear and Shield 3.2.0**

**New: Extras mode** (`/spearshield extras`)
- Hold right-click to guard with the shield, spear pointing forward.
- Tap left-click while guarding for a shield bash.
- Hold left-click while guarding to charge a spear strike: the arm draws the spear back with a blue-yellow glow.
- Release at full charge to lunge forward with a powerful thrust that knocks enemies back (costs a little stamina).

**Vanilla-friendly mode** (`/spearshield vanilla`)
- Plain one-handed spear with a shield, everything else as in the base game. This is the default.

**Other changes**
- Each player picks their own mode in game, and it's saved.
- `/spearshield status` shows your current mode. `/ss` works as a short form.
- Server owners can set the default mode in `config.properties` (`defaultMode=vanilla` or `extras`).
- Updated for Hytale 0.7.
