GlymeraMerchant economy support and French translation.

• Added automatic GlymeraMerchant support for CF purchases and balance display, including servers without VaultUnlocked.
• Added French (FR) translations for chat messages, commands, menus, purchase results, countdown titles, and Bonus Fly.
• Existing VaultUnlocked economy providers keep priority; added the current VaultUnlocked plugin identifier and support for both balance API names.
• Vault calls now identify SimpleClaimFly as the requesting plugin.
• Failed or uncertain payments are never retried through another withdrawal method or another economy provider.
• Existing commands, permissions, prices, CF data, and config/message versions remain unchanged.

For GlymeraMerchant users:

• Install SimpleClaimFly 1.1.5 alongside GlymeraMerchant and restart your server. GlymeraMerchant is detected automatically.
• No GlymeraMerchant-specific configuration changes are required. Keep economy.economyFly set to true in mods/SimpleClaimFly/Config.json to enable CF purchases; this is already the default.
• VaultUnlocked is optional. If it has an active economy provider, that provider takes priority. Otherwise, SimpleClaimFly uses GlymeraMerchant directly.
