Config flexibility update for non-economy servers.

  • Added new config option:
    • freeFly
  • freeFly is only used when:
    • economyFly is false
  • New behavior:
    • economyFly: false + freeFly: true
      • players can use free toggle mode
    • economyFly: false + freeFly: false
      • players cannot buy CF points
      • players still need stored/admin-given CF points to activate timed ClaimFly
  • Example admin command:
    • /scf give <player> 10
  • Added config migration:
    • older configs keep their previous free-fly behavior when updated to config version 4
