Description

- Server Announcement Mode: Added sub-command "/bc s <message>". These messages appear with a yellow [SERVER NOTICE] header.

Command List:

/bc <message>
Sends a broadcast with admin username on it

/bc s<message>
Sends server announcement

/bc u<message>

Sends universal announcement
