Simple repair bench

Adds a Repair bench that can be placed down, to repair your tools/weapons/armors without affecting remaining durability, 

this mod aims to do this completely without any Java coding.

since doing this without Java coding it still needs to consume a  existing repair kit, hence you can only open the Repair bench UI with a repairkit in hand, this will get you the regular UI that you know from using the repair kit itself.

So instead of a few mods out there adding customUI and custom material usage etc, this has the UI you know just on a "Static" workbench with the added advantage of it not giving any durability loss but still requiring the consumation of a Repair Kit as resource
