  • Permissions: unified around simplekits.*, removed auto-generated subcommand nodes so /kit get/list/help rely only on simplekits.player.
  • One-time kits: new oneTimeKit flag per kit, tracked in data/one_time_kits.json; once claimed they disappear from the menu.
  • Data layout: all runtime data now under data/; kit images live in data/kits/ and are auto-packed into the JAR.
  • Menu UX: one-time kits already claimed are hidden; kit menu still honors per-kit permissions and cooldowns.
