A lightweight plugin for toggling player flight and adjusting fly speed.

Commands
/fly
Toggles flying mode on or off.
Permission: simplefly.fly
/flyspeed x
Sets the player's fly speed multiplier.
Usage: /flyspeed Value range: 0.1 - 100.0 (default: 1.0)
