Simple Enchantments

Made the Item detection more robust so the mod detects a lot of modded Items out of the box. Also added a second config to manually add/blacklist Items. Overhauled the config system in general to choose smarty between user changes and balance changes. The existing config will be replaced with this update. Your previous changes are saved in a config.old file. No new enchantments in this one, but more are planed!
