The Pitons are be crafted by hand with Piton Rope, a stick, and an essence of life.
To avoid any conflicts with other mods, I made a rope specifically designed to function with the pitons. The recipe and crafting requirements are the same as vanilla rope.
Examples of the decorative pitons.
The recipe for the deco pitons is x1 Iron Bar in the Builders Bench.
Interacting with the decorative pitons will cycle how the rope is attached to them. Hitting them with a hammer will rotate them 45 degrees.
Note: The diagonal rope variant in vanilla currently has Standard shading, while the vertical rope and the pitons have Flat shading. As a workaround to fix the visual inconsistencies, I've added a diagonal variant of piton rope.
