- Add system to clean up orphaned rift blocks still present in the world.
- Made it so you can't enter a rift if the other side is a collapsing shard world.
- Changed up the lifetimes of all shard worlds and rifts to stagger them so they don't just all collapse at the same time.

- Shard worlds range from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours.
- "Home Rifts" range between 30 min and 50 min.
- "Zone Rifts" range between 48 min and 66 min.

- Added notification popups to indicate the lifetime status when you enter a shard world as well as when it changes.
- This is a temporary measure as a better solution is figured out.
