Schematic Viewer
Follow Minecraft schematics layer by layer inside Hytale. QA10c beta, tested on Hytale 0.7.5. This is Citadel Desk’s in-game mod; full desktop feature parity is not yet available.
Features
- Textured 2D layer overlay, numbered edges, footprint dimensions and exact filled-block counts.
- Layer Controller buttons for zoom, pan, Fit, resizing and layer changes.
- Material suggestions and manual replacements.
- Manual block checks, layer completion, undo/redo and collected-material amounts.
- Two-point measurements, saved viewing preferences and Resume last plan.
- Optional busiest-layer selection for larger builds.
First build
- Install and enable the mod for your world. Back up your world and mod progress before trying the beta.
- Open /citadeldesk; server users need citadeldesk.use permission.
- Try the included citadel-doorway.schem sample. Inputs: .schem, .litematic, Minecraft structure .nbt.
- The host adds your files to the mod data folder’s inbox/<player UUID>/. Files are read from that server-local inbox; this mod does not upload arbitrary client files.
- Review Materials, choose Build with overlay, select the Layer Controller and right-click to adjust. Resume building or Escape returns to gameplay; select your building block to place blocks.
Known limits
Tracking is manual; placed game blocks are not automatically detected. Matches may be approximate and some preview visuals remain unresolved. Native prefab preview/export is experimental and requires compatible materials. General native placement/export has not been fully revalidated on 0.7.5. This is not an automatic placement tool or a complete desktop port.
The /citadeldesk command and internal IDs remain for saved-project compatibility. Only an original doorway sample is bundled, with no downloaded builds or game binaries/textures.
