Add more salvage recipes

Adds 2648 Salvage Recipes for craftable items from the base game that can not be salvaged in the Salvage's Workbench.

• The amount of resources recovered is half of the resources used for crafting.
• Items where you can get resource by gathering with a tool. The resource amount is the same as gathered with tool.
• For items with less you get one essence of life.
• Rubble Stones can be salvaged and gets one Life Essence.
• Items out of Trees categories can be salvaged to get two Sticks. If it's a Trunk, you get four Sticks.
• Other fuel items can be salvaged and gets minimum one Essence of Life or fuel quality / 2
