Salvage Everything

Allows many more blocks and items to be recycled for resources within the salvager's workbench.

This mod is work in progress, more salvageable items will be added in the future.

The additional blocks and items that can be salvaged are:

• Most kinds of stone block, salvaged into cobblestone.
• Most kinds of wooden block, salvaged into sticks.
• Furniture, salvaged into its crafting ingredients.
• Leather, into two of the next smallest type of leather.
• More tools that couldn't be salvaged before.
• Coloured cloth and clay into their plain counterparts.
• Various other blocks and items.
• Flowers into petals.
• Gemstones into crystal shards.
